Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Returns And Cancellation Policy:

The buyer will be responsible for the postage costs and ensuring any returned items arrive to us in the same condition they were purchased in. If your item does not meet the standards it was sent in, we have the right to refuse refund. You will be notified of this decision by us.

If your item is unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original state you received it - you can return your product to us up to 28 days after you received deliver of it.

If you have taken receipt of damaged or faulty items please inform us as soon as possible. You have 28 days from the date of receiving the item to notify us for a suitable resolution. Please note we may ask for proof of damaged or faulty items. We reserve the right to refuse returns if you cannot provide us with accurate information or issues arise after this period.

If you have received a packaged product such as trading cards - and the cards inside are faulty we are not liable for this. Please contact the manufacturer to dispute this.

Refunds will be processed no later than 10 days after we receive your items.

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed you are entitled to a full refund up until the order has been shipped. If your order has been sent out you will have to return the item back to us in undamaged and unopened. We will issue you a full refund. Please note postage is paid by the buyer.

You have the right to amend any order you have already placed with us up until the moment the order has been dispatched. Please contact us via email to discuss changes to your order sales@collectorsgrail.com 

Delivery and Courier:

We Royal Mail's Tracked 48 hour service. We aim to dispatch every order within 1 working day. This means orders should be delivered within 3 working days. Please note orders will be send Monday-Friday. On some occasions the courier may fail to deliver your item on time, if this happens please contact us and we will contact our courier to find out where your item is. If your item has been lost in the post, we will provide you with a refund for your item or replacement item. we cannot be held responsible if the courier is late.

Currently Standard delivery is £3.50 or free of charge on orders over £35.00 please note we have the right to change their delivery prices if postage prices by courier fluctuate. This will not apply to orders already placed.

We reserve the right to change courier in the event of industrial action at Royal Mail for a similar service with the same delivery timescale.

We currently offer no international shipping to customers outside of the UK.

In the event an error may occur we reserve the right and sole discretion to refuse or cancel an order that has been placed. We are under no obligation to provide a product that has a clear or obvious pricing error. We will contact you to notify you of your cancelled order if such error arises.
